A supportive text-based option for clients entering the labor and delivery phase who want reassurance, education, and calm guidance while navigating birth. This package is ideal for families who are not using in-person doula services but would benefit from professional support and reassurance during labor. Includes: 💬 Text-Based Labor & Delivery Support while in labor Up to 12 hours of non-urgent text support during the labor and delivery window. Some labors last longer than 12 hours. Text support will be available if labor lasts longer than 12 hours. Guidance focused on: What is normal during early and active labor Comfort measures and positioning suggestions (educational only) When to contact the healthcare team Emotional reassurance and grounding support Important Details & Boundaries Text support is non-urgent and intended for brief guidance and reassurance Responses will be as immediate as possible, but some delays may occur. This service does not include real-time coaching, medical decision-making, or emergency support Clients must follow the direction of their medical care team at all times
