Although services may be delivered by a Registered Nurse, all services provided through Adore & Cherish are educational and supportive in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not establish a nurse-patient or provider-patient relationship
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care
You are responsible for consulting your physician or healthcare provider regarding medical concerns
If you or your child experience a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.
3. Client Responsibility
By using our Services, you agree that:

You will seek appropriate medical care when needed
You will provide accurate and complete information when engaging our Services

5. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy

Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless otherwise specified

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled services may result in forfeiture of payment
