Service Description

Our Settling In Package is our most comprehensive daytime support package is ideal for families who want continued support beyond the initial adjustment period. Includes: • 24 hours of daytime, non-medical in-home postpartum doula support (must include at least two 8 hours visits with subsequent half days or full days) • 2 in-home RN postpartum wellness & education visits • Ongoing RN postpartum wellness education and observational support • Will be performed (as requested) in conjunction with the 24 hours of daytime support • RN visit includes education, observation, and postpartum guidance only. • No diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care is provided. • 10 days of daytime, non-urgent text support • following days after the in-home visit • Hours of 9am-4pm • Texts received outside of this window will be answered during the upcoming window • Responses may not be immediate, please expect a reasonable delay • Text support is intended for brief check-ins, clarification, and questions not ongoing real-time conversation • All services must be used within 1 week of initial scheduling unless scheduling conflicts arise or otherwise agreed upon This package supports both physical recovery and newborn adjustment through consistent, compassionate care. Optional Nighttime Upgrade • Substitute 4 daytime hours for 4 overnight hours: +$150 (8pm-12am)
