Service Description

A gentle introduction to postpartum support for families who want hands-on guidance and reassurance during the first days at home. Tender Beginnings Includes: • 4 hours of daytime, non-medical in-home postpartum doula support • 1 day of daytime text support for non-urgent questions o Following day 9am-4pm o Text support is intended for brief check-ins, clarification, and questions not ongoing real-time conversation o Responses may not be immediate, please expect a reasonable delay • This package provides basic foundational support and is not intended to address complex or ongoing feeding or recovery concerns. • Should be used within first week of baby being home Support may include: • Newborn care education and assistance • Feeding support and routine guidance and setup • Maternal recovery support and rest encouragement • Light household help related to newborn care Text support is non-urgent, daytime only, and not a substitute for medical care.
