Service Description

Our Welcome Home Package is designed to help families feel confident and supported as they settle into life with a newborn, combining nurturing in-home care with professional RN guidance. Includes: • 8 hours of daytime, non-medical in-home postpartum doula support (1 full day – 8am-6pm) or (2 half days of 4 hours each) • 1 scheduled RN phone or Zoom educational consult o RN visit includes education, observation, and postpartum guidance only. o No diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care is provided. • 2 days of daytime, non-urgent text support o following days after the in-home visit o Hours of 9am-4pm  Texts received outside of this window will be answered during the upcoming window. • Responses may not be immediate, please expect a reasonable delay o Text support is intended for brief check-ins, clarification, and questions not ongoing real-time conversation • All services must be used within 1 week of initial scheduling unless scheduling conflicts arise or otherwise agreed upon 🌙 Optional Nighttime Upgrade • Substitute 4 daytime hours for 4 overnight hours: +$150 (8pm-12am) RN visit includes education, observation, and postpartum guidance only. No diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care is provided.
